A students is allowed to switch his or she schedule only once during their enrollment period. A student must be maintaining Academic Satisfactory progress of 75% or higher and a attendance of 85% or higher before they are allowed to switch.
A student must request in writing and fill out the Schedule change form two weeks prior to the first of the month all new schedule will began the first of the following month only.
The school has discretion to deny a student for switching schedules based on not maintaining the required satisfactory requirements. Also the school may have a freeze on changing any schedules based on the schools needs.
