The Financial Services Leader looks forward to working with each individual student to set up a plan that fits their needs.

  1. Financial Aid is available for those who qualify. Federal Application for Student Aid (FAFSA) applications must be submitted to determine eligibility for PELL Grants Funds, you don’t have to repay and the eligible student loans.
    • Step 1: Apply for a FSA ID to sign your application. The FSA ID - a user name and password - has replaced the Federal Student Aid PIN and must be used to log in to certain U.S. Department of Education websites.
    • Step 2:  Once you have your FSA ID and password, fill out your FAFSA at https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa.  
    • Step 3: Add North Haven Academy school code, 014730, so your results will reach us directly.
  2. Direct PLUS loan:
    • Parent of Dependent students have the option to finance tuition/remaining balance through Parent Plus loans based on a credit approval, apply https://studentaid.gov/. Repayments begin 60 days after the loan has been fully disbursed . Parents may request a deferment to delay repayment while the student attends at least half time or up to 6 months after their last day of attendance .
  3. Interest Free Payment Plans: The school accepts the following payment Cash, Credit / Debit, & Money Order
    • Cosmetology students will make 11 monthly payments .
      1. Checking/savings account with no fee.
        **There will be a $20.00 NSF Fee for all returned checks.
      2. Credit/Debit card with a 2% Processing Fee.
      3. Account paid in full prior to starting .
    • Esthetics day students make 5 monthly payments and night students make 6 monthly payments.

      3. Account paid in full prior to starting .
    • Nails, Make up, and Eyelash students will have their account paid in full prior to starting; no monthly payment options available due to length of the programs.
  4. Students and parents may finance the balance through private loans. These loans may have variable interest rates and are based on credit approval. Co-signer opportunities available. Always check out personal loan options with your personal bank or credit union. ARC90 is a preferred lender.
  5. Late Payments
    1. Must notify financial services before 9th of the month if late remitting payment to avoid a late fee of $35.00.
    2. No notification of being late will result in $35 late fee on the 11th of the month.
  6. Missed Payments
    1. One and two months Past due will receive email notice to cure by the next payment due date.
    2. Once third payment due date passes without a cure, the student is terminated from the program
  7. Termination
    Once terminated, all signed in school installment plans are voided and subject to our Drop/Collections Policy.
    *Financial Aid is not available to students enrolled in the makeup program, nail technician program or the eyelash extension program.
